Was extremely helpful and answered all question we had. Recommended what needed to be upgraded in order for us to sell our home and was able to recommend someone to do all upgrades. Whenever we had a question, she responded very quickly ( within 30 minutes). Listed our home right before thanksgiving and we received an offer 10 January. She comes highly recommended
